Evans played through 23/24 with injury
Northern Ireland boss Michael O’Neil told Manchester World: "Jonny [Evans] has had to manage an injury throughout the season. He has put the team [Man United] before himself at times this year, playing when maybe not 100 per cent.
"He now has the FA Cup Final to look forward to. I gave Jonny the choice to skip this [international friendlies], but he said he wanted to be involved and I want to play."
Season tickets for 24/25 sold in record time
An official statement from Man United has revealed that about 50,000 season tickets for 2024/25 were sold out in 'record time' from when they were put up for sale.
Reacting to the news, Chief Operating Officer Collette Roche said: "I want to thank all our fans who have renewed their Season or Executive Club tickets ahead of the 2024/25 campaign at Old Trafford. The support you provide each matchday is greatly valued and appreciated by everyone at the club."
