Speaking to Boyle Sports, Emmanuel Petit said: "I have no doubt that Marcus Rashford needs a new start and I think Arsenal could be perfect for him.
"We all know the quality of Rashford for what he's done in many years at Manchester United. Would Rashford be good at Arsenal?
"Give me the paper, and let me sign the contract for him right now! Rashford in a good environment would be incredible for the Gunners.
"They all look miserable at Man United. If Rashford wants to leave, he's more than welcome at Arsenal and the door is open for him."
Rashford's 2023/24 campaign has been a complete disaster with the forward missing out on a place in England's Euro 2024 squad as a result.
Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with a summer move for the 26-year-old although nothing has been official just yet.
