"Erik ten Hag [is] aware of reports Manchester United have been in contact with other managers," Kaveh Solhekol tweeted.
"He has always wanted to stay at United but is realistic when it comes to expectations about his future. He is proud of winning two trophies in two years and given time he is confident United’s league form would improve under him.
"He will continue working as a manager come what may."
Man United have recently been linked with the likes of Thomas Tuchel, Mauricio Pochettino and Kieran McKenna. The negotiations with the German tactician were quite public, with some feeling that the Red Devils are going behind Ten Hag's back.
