On the importance of Solari for Real Madrid's revival:
“He's showing just that with his decisions and the line-ups. He's giving everyone a chance based on each player's performance and that makes us better. The coach is the one who makes the decisions, who guides the team and he's helping individuals reach a higher level. That reaps rewards on a collective basis. I hope it continues to the end of the season because that's how we'll end up winning titles and that's what all us madridistas want.”
On his own role in the team:
“I've enjoyed a more prominent role under the new coach and I'm feeling good. A footballer needs time on the pitch to show his best form, I'm getting that chance and I'm thrilled”.
On why the results have improved:
“You have to run if you want to win games. That's what we're showing, not just me but the whole team. We're eager to attack and defend. We're putting in the extra yards and if we do things right, that's where games are won”.
