Strongest XI or rotations? Select Real Madrid ultimate XI for Levante match from 2 options

Real Madrid are set to face Levante on Thursday. Although the Whites are already champions, Carlo Ancelotti said before the game that the starters need playing time so they don't get out of shape before the Champions League final.

So, he will have give it a think when picking the line-up for the game. Here are some of his options.

Option 1

This lineup would be the closest we have to our first-choice XI. Alaba and Carvajal are out for the game, and their places would have to be taken by Nacho and Vazquez respectively.

Asensio is injured as well, so Rodrygo is the only viable option at right wing. It's unlikely that Valverde will start on the wing, which is usually reserved for the games where we go for a more cautious approach.

Option 2

Real Madrid XI: Lunin - Vazquez, Militao, Vallejo, Mendy - Casemiro, Valverde, Camavinga - Rodrygo, Mariano, Vinicius Jr.

After all, Levante are sitting in 20th position currently, and there will be no better opportunity to give our players a breather than this match.

Vallejo could get the chance to start in defence. Camavinga and Valverde could be deployed in midfield so that Kroos and Modric get their deserved rest.

After missing the previous match, Mariano might get the nod from the gaffer. Benzema could come in the second half if Ancelotti decides to give him some minutes after all.
