One tactical dilemma Ancelotti has to solve in coming days: shown in lineup

Real Madrid are preparing for a challenging streak of matches in three different competitions this month.

One of Carlo Ancelotti's most difficult tasks will be to choose his backline for the upcoming matches.

Firstly, Dani Carvajal has picked up a minor injury and will be replaced with Lucas Vazquez. Secondly, Antonio Rudiger has been in great form and deserves to start alongside Eder Militao – but David Alaba does not want to move to the left side.

So, the plan is to fit both Alaba and Rudiger into the lineup somehow. It would be easy if the Austrian agreed to play left-back.

Is playing Rudiger on the left the solution? He's good at both defending and carrying with the ball forward.
