4 Madrid players in line to be called up by Spain as La Roja change coaches

With Luis Enrique no longer coaching Spain, it seems like the bias against Real Madrid players is over.

According to Arancha Rodriguez, four Madrid players have been included in the preliminary squad list for the upcoming international break -- Dani Carvajal, Nacho, Dani Ceballos, and Marco Asensio.

The inclusions of Nacho and Ceballos are especially surprising since they haven't played for Spain since 2018 and 2020 respectively. However, this is only the preliminary list and some players may not be called up in the end.

Spain are kickstarting their 2024 Euro qualifying campaign with the games against Norway (March 25) and Scotland (March 28).
