Real Madrid face 'stumbling block' in Bono pursuit - it has to do with his nationality

Yassine Bono has been picked as a top target to replace Thibaut Courtois in Real Madrid's goal after Belgian stopper suffered an ACL injury.

Sevilla's asking price for the Moroccan goalkeeper stands at €20m, but it's not the main stumbling block for Los Blancos.

Bono is expected to receive an international call-up to represent his country in the Africa Cup of Nations from mid-January to mid-February, which could see him miss out on 13 club games.

It seems like the only solution would be to prevent the goalkeeper from leaving for the tournament, but that decision might not sit well with Bono.
