Nacho officially suspended for red card v Girona - how many games he will miss

La Liga has officially announced that Nacho is suspended for three of Real Madrid's upcoming games following his red card against Girona.

The defender recklessly tackled Cristian Portu in the stoppage time, when the win was already secured.

The club are likely to try and appeal the decision, but as things stand, the Madrid skipper will miss the following fixtures:

🏚 v Osasuna - October 7

✈️ v Sevilla - October 21

✈️ v Barcelona - October 28

Carlo Ancelotti will have to do without Nacho during El Clasico.
