The Turkish youngster was subbed on in the 89th minute at Santiago Bernabeu and made perfect use of the playing time he got, netting Real Madrid's fourth goal of the night past Vicente Guaita in stoppage time.

While some fans believe the player is out of favour with Carlo Ancelotti, the coach was the first to congratulate Arda on his debut goal after the final whistle.

So far, Guler has only featured in six games for Los Blancos, with this goal being his debut one. Perhaps this cameo will convince the coach that Arda deserves more playing time!
