Kroos says Madrid don't really need Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe is reportedly set to leave PSG and join Real Madrid this summer. However, Toni Kroos doesn't seem to be very bothered as he insists the Whites are good without him, too.

"If even he doesn't know, how can I know? The important thing is to win things," the Germany international said at the press conference, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

"It would be nice for Madrid, but I think we already have a good team."

The midfielder's own future is not clear but it's recently been reported that he will finally sign a new deal that will keep him at the Bernabeu until 2025.
