Injury update on Aurelien Tchouameni ahead of Champions League final

Earlier this week, Aurelien Tchouameni picked up an unfortunate foot injury.

The Spanish media estimated the chances of seeing the Real Madrid midfielder play club football again this season at just 20%, meaning Carlo Ancelotti would have to make do without him in the Champions League final.

The Frenchman even arrived at the league celebrations on crutches, indicating that the injury is indeed a serious one.

However, Tchouameni himself remains hopeful about his speedy recovery.

"I think I'll make it to the final. I will be ready," he told Marca.
