Toni Kroos sends special farewell message to President Florentino Perez

Toni Kroos had some kind words for Florentino Perez after Real Madrid's game against Real Betis on Saturday.

Kroos sent a signed shirt to the Real Madrid president with the message, "To my dear president, thank you for everything."

Kroos later posed with the 22 trophies he has won at Real Madrid alongside Florentino.

Real Madrid signed Kroos 10 years ago from Bayern. They paid just €25m for the German midfielder. The rest is history.
