Man City monitor Rodrygo, potential move NOT ruled out (reliability: 4 stars)

Manchester City consider going for Rodrygo this summer, according to Marca's Jose Felix Diaz.

Real Madrid are prepared for any scenario. The club are calm at the moment, but they will be ready to offload the Brazilian if the player expresses desire to leave.

The Whites are going to have Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Endrick, Brahim Diaz and Joselu as their frontline options next season, with Jude Bellingham and Arda Guler also capable of playing up front. Although Rodrygo has said competition doesn't worry him, it's obvious that someone's game time would have to be sacrificed.

Earlier, Rodrygo called Man City 'the best team in the world'. He would obviously be a massive addition to Pep Guardiola's squad.

The 23-year-old has scored 17 goals and provided eight assists in 50 appearances for Real Madrid this season.
