CSKA Moscow 'hoping to start a bidding war' as PL interest in Chelsea-linked Fedor Chalov heats up
According to the Daily Star, not the most reliable source in England, Russian giants CSKA Moscow are bracing themselves for a bidding war from the Premier League clubs for highly-rated striker Fedor Chalov.Chelsea, who have reportedly been linked with the 21-year-old on a number of occasions over the past twelve months, are understood to have made an enquiry about the striker.
