But I will suggest CHO changes his character n focus on the demands of any coach at Chelsea. Going to Bayern does not guarantee him a first team spot at the club he needs to work hard in order to slot into their first team cos they equally have quality players at same positions of him. So if not for the arrival of Frankie CHO will not sign the contract ???

It's simple....... off load the players who don't play for the Manager.
At last we have a Manager who will really care about the club, who isn't just in it for the money and is not all about his own self image.

Well my opinion is that, with the transfer ban and the lack of strikers since Diego Coaster left, an experience coach should have been drafted to oversee this period of the ban while Lampard is placed under him as an understudy. After the ban when we can sign good strikers and other players to fill other relevant positions, the manager can then be eased out for Lampard to take over fully. The comparison with Guadiola does not arise here because when Guadiola took over Barcelona they were not on transfer ban and they had good technical and tactical players. Some of our players are aging and can't be replaced now. My thought though.

It was wrong for a staff in Burnley bench to insult Sarri, but there again he should have reported to the 4th referee rather than taking laws into his hands.
