City is backed by an oil rich individual so u cant compare their signings with ours no matter how costly a player is they can afford him, secondly any player they want to offload there r alotta teams ready to by them look at d likes of Jesus, Chenko, Gundogan, Cancelo to mention a few. Very good players leaving city to join big teams but look at our own types of average players we couldn't offload Beek, Scot, Maguire et al. So we r not d same level with city u cant even compare.
