Martinelli misses out of Brazil's squad for the Olympics, Gabriel Magalhaes makes it in

Gabriel Martinelli has not been selected in Brazil's 18-man squad for the Olympics.

However, defender Gabriel Magalhaes has been selected for the Tokyo games.

Martinelli made the initial 23-man squad released in May.

Brazil are the defending champions having won the gold medal at the 2016 Olympics.

Mikel Arteta will now have his Brazilian striker for the preseason, but Gabriel Magalhaes may not return to the club until August 4, assuming Brazil gets to the final.
