Revealed: Arsenal's plan for William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli during the break

William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli will not be part of their respective national teams during the international break.

Arsenal are planning for the duo to stay in London with the French centre-back in need of a rest and the Brazilian winger still not fully fit yet.

Saliba is also nursing a small injury to his right toe that the Gunners are hoping to address in the next few days as the break timing could not be better for them.

Arsenal will be back in action on Saturday, October 21, with an away game in the Premier League against Chelsea as they look to overtake Tottenham at the top of the top-flight table.
