Mikel Arteta has urged Arsenal fans to rally around his players following the club's elimination from the FA Cup at the hands of Liverpool. 

Asked if the Gunners will sign a new striker this month, the manager said:  "At the moment it doesn't look realistic. My job is to improve the players we have."
