The only player close to Mount is Andros Townsend from Crystal Palace, who plays like a traditional winger.

Mount is well ahead of full-backs like Luke Shaw and Aaron Cresswell, an impressive feat for a player that also contributes centrally.

Most telling is the giant 20% difference between the Chelsea youngster and the league's best creators in Kevin De Bruyne and Bruno Fernandes.

Mason Mount's passing ability, tenacity and shooting are all excellent but the 22-year-old seems to be an elite crosser as well.
