Chelsea qualify for Champions League final for first time since 2012, will face Man City

Chelsea have qualified for the 2020/21 Champions League final with a 2-0 win over Real Madrid in the second leg of the semi-finals.

Goals from Timo Werner and Mason Mount were enough to help the Blues get a 3-1 win over the Spanish side.

Chelsea will now face Man City in an all-English final on 29th May.
