Fabrizio Romano provides definitive update on Achraf Hakimi race

Chelsea are set to miss out on Achraf Hakimi who wants to join PSG and waits for the French club to submit an official bid to Inter Milan, Fabrizio Romano reports.

The Serie A side expect an offer of around €70m to arrive in the next hours, and they're likely to accept it.

Chelsea are another side strongly interested in Hakimi, but Romano claims that the Blues have never made an official bid, although Sky Sports insists that they made an initial offer of €60m.

Now, they are expected to shift their focus elsewhere, be it trying to sign an alternative to Hakimi it going full-on in their pursuit of Erling Haaland.
