5 under-radar transfer stories Chelsea fans should know about

The likes of Erling Haaland, Robert Lewandowski and now Jules Kounde have all been discussed a fair amount already but with Chelsea still looking for a striker and possibly a midfielder while also cleaning house, here are 6 under-radar picks brought to you by Tribuna.com.

Incomings

Saul Niguez from Atletico Madrid

Chelsea along with Liverpool have been linked with the Atletico midfielder, as he looks to leave the La Liga winners.

Saul is a versatile midfielder with experience at the highest level and his fee is likely to be in the region of £35-40m.

Marca have reported that the Blues have already opened up talks for Saul and been in contact with his agent.

Eduardo Camavinga from Rennes

With Man United having completed the signings of Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane, it seems unlikely that they will move for Camavinga immediately.

According to GFFN, Chelsea have already spoken to the 18-year-old midfielder's agent and could make a move to get him.

With his fee likely to be around £25m, significantly less than someone like Declan Rice, he remains an option till he goes anywhere else.

Eden Hazard from Real Madrid

Chelsea will always be linked to the Belgian winger and this summer is no exception.

The Daily Mail are now reporting that the Blues are contemplating getting Hazard back to the club for a cut-price deal from Real Madrid.

This rumour isn't exactly new but should Hakim Ziyech be moved on this transfer window, it might make sense for the Blues to bring Hazard back.

Outgoings

Hakim Ziyech to AC Milan

Ziyech has been linked with a move to Italy throughout the summer but the potential transfer seems balanced on a knife's edge.

According to Gazzetta Della Sport, Ziyech is still the ideal target for Paolo Maldini and their pursuit of him is still alive.

The playmaker scored a hattrick in Chelsea's opening pre-season friendly though, so his future remains to be seen.

Kurt Zouma to Everton

Kurt Zouma seems to be on his way out of the club, especially with the reported signing of Jules Kounde from Sevilla.

While there are also rumours that say Zouma will be included in a deal for Kounde, Telefoot have stated that Everton will try to get the centre-back for themselves.

Zouma enjoyed an incredible run under Frank Lampard but seemingly fell out of favour following Tuchel switching to 3 at the back.
