Bayern Munich jump into Kai Havertz race, Thomas Tuchel 'main driver' (reliability: 4 stars)

According to Sky Deutschland reported Florian Plettenberg, Bayern Munich have just properly entered the race for Kai Havertz.

"He was absolutely no target in the last weeks. Arsenal has entered the race in the last days. Bayern has changed their plans NOW!" Plettenberg tweeted.

The reporter also claims that Thomas Tuchel is the main driver behind Bayern's interest in Havertz and sees him as a No.9 option.

The Bundesliga giants are in talks over Eintracht Frankfurt striker Randal Kolo Muani. However, the talks are close to falling apart, and Havertz is a top alternative for the club.

Despite that, Arsenal are still the frontrunners for the German who has informed them that he's keen on joining Chelsea's London rivals.
