Palmer overtakes three-season Havertz stat in just seven months at Chelsea

Cole Palmer's four-goal haul in the win over Everton on Monday night has taken him to the top of the Premier League golden boot race.

He is now tied with Erling Haaland on 20 goals this Premier League season making it a tight contest for the golden boot.

His four goals also meant that he has now scored more league goals in his first seven months at Chelsea than Kai Havertz did in three seasons (19) at the club.

Palmer's incredible form has helped Chelsea to within just 3 points of 6th place on the PL table.
