NEW: Abidal's wife files for divorce following attack on ex-Barca star Hamraoui

, has announced that she will file for divorce from the former footballer following revelations about his involvement with former Barcelona women's footballer Kheira Hamraoui. 

In a bizarre story that broke out this week, Hamraoui was attacked by masked armed men. 

It was initially thought that Hamraoui was 

attacked by her PSG teammate Aminata Diallo

However, investigations by police later found chats between Abidal and Hamraoui in the attacked footballer's phone. 

 Abidal's wife was allegedly accused of instigating the attack

She's now filing for divorce, after her hubby confessed of cheating.

Hayet's involvement could be her personal revenge for a reported lofe affair between Eric and Kheira. Besides, Hamraoui called Abidal on the morning of her attack, ESPN add.

Both Eric Abidal and his wife will be questioned by the police in the next few days, it is said.

As a reminder, the former Femeni player was attacked in the streets by two masked men. They hit her with an iron bar which resulted in her legs and arms being injured.

During the attack, one of the hooded men allegedly asked her: "So we sleep with married men now?" 

Abidal played for the Catalans between 2007 and 2013 and worked as the technical director between 2018 and 2020. Hamraoui played for Barca Femeni between 2018 and 2021.

Yeah football news are all we want. However, most of the times the fans of a certain celebs wants to know everything about their lives. Honestly this story sounds horrible and I want to know what’s going on. Bc if there’s some truth to it, some lessons could be taken from it

if the admin can post about Messi watching Harry Potter, then I don't see the reason why they can't post about abidal too
