Raphinha has been the subject to some heavy interest from Saudi Arabia and Man City in recent weeks.
The Cityzens are reportedly eager to sign him as a possible replacement for the outgoing Riyad Mahrez.
However, according to Sport, Barcelona considers the Brazilian winger as ‘non-transferable’ in the summer.
They will not be selling him to the Premier League champions or to any Saudi club.
Xavi has made it clear that he will not sell Raphinha unless an ‘irrefutable’ offer or something truly crazy comes to the fray.
At this point, it’s very likely that the winger will remain at Barca and be an important player for them this season.
That can only change if City or any other club offer crazy money for him, which is when the club could consider all options.
