The Premier League is growing more and more physical as players get bulkier. Some teams even make it their transfer strategy to sign stocky footballers — see Arsenal with Declan Rice and Kai Havertz.
But no one takes physicality as seriously as West Ham United.
David Moyes already had 6'3'' Nayef Aguerd, 6'3'' Kurt Zouma and 6'4'' Tomas Soucek in his squad. Now he has added 6'2'' Edson Alvarez and also wants 6'4'' Harry Maguire.
Oh, and on top of that, the Hammers signed set piece specialist James Ward-Prowse whom Pep Guardiola considers the best set piece taker in the world.
So much physicality, coupled with a dead ball specialist, genuinely has many wonder if this is the ultimate Set Piece FC in the entire league.
