There is an awkward situation with Raheem Sterling who is actually too old to be included in the PFA Young POTY shortlist. You have to be 23 on the first day of the season to be able to compete for the accolade. However, Sterling was 24 and will turn 25 in August. But he is still in the shortlist for both awards.
