If we wanna be among the best clubs in the world there is no way in hell we could keep many of the youngsters. Harry had time enough to prove himself but is nowhere near the standard he must be to play for us and therefore will get sold. 
Lfc finally got the youth academy working and we can be glad if one of them every now and then  becomes good enough to play for the first team. Those who doesn't we still gain on to sell them forward to other clubs so its a win , win situation for us

I suppose  that we have the right to put a value on every player even if its a buy or sell scenario and then we negotiate  a agreeable price around that player. 
I'm not sure how covid has impacted the finances of a club like Benfica or Pottu football in general.  Personally I think LFC should be looking to get between £15m to £20m for Harry as he is a international footballer and still just 24 yrd old.Every player has a price and any deal needs to be negociated and agreed but Livrrpool need to get a reasonable deal on a talent such as Harry Wilson.
What a find interesting here is apparently  Liverpool rate Wilson at £15 m but he can't get a game for Liverpool whilst Nat Phillips  who has had game time for Liverpool and cemented his position as a better than good Premier League player of a very similar age as Harry Wilson  is valued at £10m to £12m
