Haaland to City, Bissouma to Spurs & more: Taking look at transfer business of Liverpool's rivals so far

It's been just a week into the transfer window and Liverpool have seemingly completed all their incoming business already, with Darwin Nunez confirmed and Calvin Ramsay on his way from Aberdeen.

As per multiple reports, the Reds will not sign anyone else this summer. Meanwhile, Divock Origi has already left and Sadio Mane, Nat Phillips and Takumi Minamino are expected to exit the club too.

Let's take a look at what our rivals have done so far this summer

Manchester City

Man City have competed arguably the biggest deal of the summer, securing Haaland's signing.

Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus are reportedly on the way out. Fabrizio Romano reported yesterday that our rivals want to sign Kalvin Phillips from Leeds United and Marc Cucurella from Brighton too, with both deals highly likely to happen.

Chelsea

Out:

Chelsea are struggling to bring in new players and have lost two of their starting centre-backs.

They are reportedly advanced in talks with Sevilla over Jules Kounde, while Ousmane Dembele could arrive as a free agent. Jesus has been linked with them too.

Tottenham

Tottenham plan to strongly back Antonio Conte ahead of the Champions League campaign.

They are also linked to Raphinha as they continue to improve their squad - no major departure is expected at the moment from their end.

Arsenal

Arsenal are yet to announce the deal for Vieira, but it has already been confirmed by Porto.

The Gunners have been very active in the market and are pushing hard to sign Lisandro Martinez from Ajax, a versatile defender who is their next priority.

Manchester United

United have had a massive clearout so far, releasing a lot of players as they start a new era under Erik ten Hag.

They have been linked with a host of players such as Frenkie de Jong, Jurrien Timber and Antony but none of them are close to joining the Red Devils yet.
