Darwin Nunez recorded the highest speed among all players in the Premier League on the opening matchday.
The Liverpool striker hit 36,53 km/h, comfortably beating Danny Welbeck's second-placed effort (35,28 km/h).
Interestingly, Nunez has nearly broken last season's record, set by ex-Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger. The German registered 36.7 km/h.
The Uruguayan was Liverpool's best player in a 2-2 draw against Fulham, changing the game when he came on in the second half.
