When asked if he intends on making a speech to charge up the Liverpool squad ahead of the Atalanta clash, Jurgen Klopp said: "Yeah, I've written it already! I remember I don't usually prepare for this. What I will say to the boys I will think about tomorrow.
"But definitely nothing bout these kind of things in press conference. I remember saying 'if we fail, let's fail in the most beautiful way' and I'll say that again.
"A lot of supporters thought that was it (after first leg) but now less people think it is already decided. We are here, that's good. Let's see. If we win the players will find a reason to say what I said, but if we lose nobody will know what I said."
Liverpool will need to produce something special to come back from being 3-0 down from the first leg and move into the Europa League semi-finals.
However, after having done something similar against Barcelona in the Champions League in the 2018/19 season, the Reds definitely have a history of making major comebacks under Klopp - something which the players aim to replicate on Thursday (April 18).
