Klopp on Salah incident: 'I'm not sure how we'd deal with it if we didn't know each other for long'

Mohamed Salah and Jurgen Klopp were involved in a touchline row during the West Ham game. The German insists that Liverpool's run of poor results was the main reason behind the incident.

"It's completely [resolved], no problem. If we didn't know each other for long I am not sure how we'd deal with it but we have known each other for long and we respect each other so much.

"We are absolutely fine with it. It's a non-story. But in general, the best situation is everyone is in the best place, we win games and score loads of goals and then incidents like that do no happen."

Will Salah start against Spurs? "Three games to go and I change my habits completely? You want the whole lineup?" Klopp replied.

The boss added later when asked about the Egyptian's future: "You have to get used to it not being my subject. He is incredible but I should not speak about that, other people will decide that. I am the wrong person to talk about this. I just try to help the basis for the future of the club. These decisions are for others."
