‘Like the concept’; ‘I say hallelujah’: What our users say about NEW UPDATE of LFC Live app

Hello Reds, recently we have released a new version of the LFC Live app. Many users have downloaded the update already, so let’s hear what they think. At Tribuna.com, we’re equally thankful for all sorts of feedback you’re giving to us. Praise or criticism, everything helps us get better and improve this platform.

With this particular update, luckily, a lot of fans appreciated the changes, judging by your comments and the messages you’ve sent to our support team.

Joseph Ballarini: “That dark theme is something I really like. Nice for the eyes, good for the phone, great update”

Lindsey Mayer: “Love the new look, now fix those minor issues like notifications and I’m good”

The update is bigger than mere facelift, and that’s when we say ‘premium, ad-free subscription’. Long-time users know that we are an unofficial app and showing adverts has been helping us to keep the whole project running. Now, Liverpool fans can get a premium subscription which is a great alternative coming at a reasonable price.

Kopite Calling: “Ads can get messy, especially when they pop out while scrolling down the newsfeed. If a premium subscription means no ads, then get me one”

Peter Ogbonna: “You say app without ads, I say hallelujah”

Another big change is the new match and transfer centres. The former provides in-depth match coverage while the latter sums up al transfer-related stats in one place.

Jesse McGraw: “All stats in one place, that’s a great thing on a matchday to be honest and a good addition to what we’ve already got.”

Stewart Linklatter: “You want facts, you get to the transfer page, you want rumours, you go elsewhere. Good addition to what we already have”

One more feature we are genuinely proud of is making the path from writing a blog to posting it on the app’s front page as short as possible. Now all you need is get five likes from other users, and that will automatically get the blog to the main feed.

Michael Pozniak: “Everyone writes for views and comments, right? This is definitely the way to get them, I guess”

We’d be wrong to say the update was all roses and butterflies, though. Our users didn’t hesitate to report the technical issues they want improved or fixed and we never shy away from such criticism. After all, our only goal is make this app as good as possible and your reports and suggestions do help a lot.

Roger Mehmed: “Main thing I want fixed is notifications about replies and likes. Another one is the chars limit in chats but the first one is more important for me”

David Hankins: “I like the concept and it’s definitely easier for people to check on transfers and where players have come from. But please get notifications sorted as it’s hard to chat to people in chat rooms.”
