According to The Athletic, a tier-one source, Jose Mourinho have been telling people that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is out of his depth at Manchester United.
With that in mind, Tribuna.com's editorial team have taken a look at the five things the Norwegian is much better at as an Old Trafford manager.
Handling the press
Mourinho's time at Old Trafford was full of bizarre rants and accusations aimed at both the media and his own players. Solskjaer, on the other hand, is always cool, calm, and collected when it comes to dealing with the press.
Dealing with Pogba
Mourinho famously left the Paul Pogba on the bench in his last game in charge at Man United (the 3-1 defeat at Liverpool). However, the Frenchman has a much better relationship with the new manager, with even Mino Raiola stating that the 27-year-old 'loves and respects' Ole.
Promoting youth
While Mourinho's Academy record at Old Trafford is not all bad, Solskjaer has made promoting the youth his mission statement at the club. Mason Greenwood and Brandon Williams are already first-team players and the likes of Angel Gomes, Tahith Chong and James Garner are getting closer.
Maintaining squad atmosphere
The mood behind the scenes at Old Trafford was at an all-time low during the Portuguese's last few months in charge. Solskjaer has worked tirelessly on improving the squad atmosphere and now there's real togetherness at Manchester United.
Reaching Champions League quarter-finals
While it might seem shocking at first, the new Tottenham manager has not been past the last 16 of the Champions League since 2014. The Norwegian, on the other hand, has reached the quarter-finals in his first season in charge at Old Trafford in 2018 after the historic comeback against Paris Saint-Germain.
