- Manchester City have had their two-year UEFA Champions League ban lifted after winning their case at the Court of Arbitration for Sports.
- They will now be able to play in the top European competition next season, as long as they pay a €10m fine for their Financial-Fairplay breaking violations.
- This now means that Man United will have to finish inside the Premier League top-4 in order to guarantee Champions League football next season.
- The Red Devils are fortunately in a good position to finish in the top-3 after Leicester City and Chelsea both dropped points recently.
- United can move into 3rd place later today if we can defeat Southampton at Old Trafford.
