Cristiano Ronaldo was forced to take a £8.5 million loss on selling his luxury apartment in Trump Tower in New York City last November, as per Expansion.

The Manchester United forward had bought the apartment for £13.8 million in 2015, but only received £5.3 million from selling it last year.

Man United have enquired about Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, whom Ralf Rangnick wants to sign as a replacement for Ronaldo, according to Rai Sport.

The 23-year-old Nigeria international has been told he could leave in the summer, but the Serie A side would demand over £70 million for his services.
