A lot has changed at Manchester United since Wayne Rooney last wore the famous red shirt.
The signs of decline had already started to show when Rooney left in 2017, particularly the difference in the mentality of players.
Quoted by the MEN, the Old Trafford legend explained in an interview: "I remember once when I got to training the day after a loss, I was still so angry and went into the changing room with Michael Carrick.
"We found Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba dancing to music."
Fast forward to 2022 and both players are possibly in their final few months at United, having risen from the Academy.
Neither Pogba nor Lingard has shown any signs of extending their United stay, meaning the club could lose them for absolutely nothing in the summer.
