'Will bite my tongue': Nottingham Forest manager Cooper unimpressed with Man United penalty decision

Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper was angry at the way Man United received the penalty leading to their winner in the 3-2 victory against his side.

After the game, the Englishman said that he ‘will bite my tongue’ on the penalty and was not pleased with it.

He said: “In games like these, you want things to be as they should. I was surprised how quickly these decisions are made.”

The penalty was unquestionable because Marcus Rashford was clearly brought down in the box.

VAR cleared it as did the referee, after which Bruno Fernandes coolly finished it off to win the game for his side.
