Real Madrid 20-man squad has travelled to Valencia in a bid to close the 12-point gap with the first-placed Barcelona.
When Los Blancos will be facing Levante tonight two players will have to pay special attention: Casemiro and Nacho.
Both players are under risk of suspension after being booked four times throughout current La Liga season. Another yellow will see either of them - or even both - ruled out of the clash against Barcelona in La Liga next weekend.
For Casemiro this is especially relevant since his only like-for-like replacement - Marcos Llorente is also ruled out due to a thigh injury.
Real Madrid have a tough week ahead: they face Barcelona twice. On February 27, the sides meet each other in the second leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals after drawing the first match 1-1 with the goals scored by Vinicius and Malcom. On March 2, Madrid host Barca in the La Liga Clasico. There are currently 12 points between them, however, Blancos play Levante on Sunday night and will have a chance to shorten the distance back to nine points.
