The internal collateral ligament that has been damaged is the knee's first barrier of defence. The treatment is orthopaedic with functional immobilisation that allows mobility of the knee. Most likely six to eight weeks out.'
Casemiro: major blow, could require a surgery
'He suffered a major injury. The involvement of syndesmosis refers to the membrane where the tibia and fibula meet. It has been at the limit of surgery and it is not convenient to rush it. It is as important as the one that Nacho has suffered and the recovery period could be very similar.'
Keylor Navas: will return in action quickly

Hundreds of footballers take advantage of this type of procedure. Navas will not have to take leave after it because the return to work will be immediate.'
Sergio Reguilon: there is a risk of a relapse
