Ranking departure probability of 7 Real Madrid players in final year of contract

There are currently seven Real Madrid players who entered the final year of their contract and could actually leave the club in 2024.

Let's rank the departure probability from 1/10 to 10/10.

Luka Modric - 9/10

The Croatian midfielder is pushing forty, and there's barely a chance he'll continue at Bernabeu next season.

Toni Kroos - 8/10

Despite being five years younger that Lukita, Toni is probably enjoying his last campaign with Los Blancos, too. The German previously mentioned that he's fine with an early retirement and could call it quits next summer.

Lucas Vazquez - 8/10

Can you remember the last time the 32-year-old played as a right winger? Neither do we. And this, by the way, is his natural position! The Spaniard's been filling in as an RB for way too long. Madrid are reportedly planning to splurge on an actual right-back in June, meaning he will have to seek opportunities elsewhere.

Nacho - 6/10

The skipper's been pretty solid this season. Given that there aren't many options in the center of the Whites' defense, he might actually be handed a one-year renewal.

Joselu - 5/10

Madrid will probably go for a top striker (at least that's what all the fans are hoping for), but having a player like Joselu to rotate the squad would be a valuable addition. There is a chance his loan deal will turn into a permanent one.

Andriy Lunin, Kepa Arrizabalaga - 5/10

At the end of the season, only one of the two goalkeepers will stay with the club.

Everything points to the Ukrainian so far, but the question remains: will he be willing to take on the no.2 role again when Courtois returns to action?
