Toni Kroos retires after the Euros this summer. He played his last game for Real Madrid at Wembley last Saturday.
The midfielder provided an assist for Dani Carvajal as the Whites defeated Dortmund in the Champions League final.
The German's numbers are 467 appearances, 28 goals and 99 assists — and also four La Liga, one Spanish Cup and five Champions League titles.
