I understand that we don't have to call him names, thats not our culture, but we can't ignore the fact that Barca is too much for Mr Valverde. Some will say that he played for Barca on early age and understand Barca philosophy. But, it doesn't mean that everyone who plays for Barca will became a great coach. With all respect, Valverde can't handle this team, and I dare to say more: I bet with everyone here that Erik ten Hag can come and maybe he'll not win UCL in the first season, but I can assure that he will make our team play better. He will look better to our academy, he will try everything to inspire players in any way, to make them hunger for win, to make our team more respectable again. Look I'm not sayin that Erik ten Hag will just need 1 day to make Barca the best team again, but I bet with you that if our board give the same time and oportunity Valverde is having now to Erik ten Hag, he will make in that time what Valverde can't even do in 8 years. I think Erik ten Hag can improve Barca, something Ernesto Valverde can't.

Rabbi ... dont say Messi didnt nurture anyone...he really wanted to nurture Neymar but he left his position half way round he felt he was a complete player..now he understood he was just a half baked cake who was not even considered for Ballon de or in first 5 positions...which made him think of switching back to barca and complete his left out nurturing .. Ronaldhino could do it because Messi was talented and had the potential to be a great striker. . Messi saw the same in Neymar. .he wanted to teach and guide him..you may check the history. . His fathers greed for money made him loose direction to be best striker in this world..even if had the potential. . Now he realised his mistake and wanted to come back.. i hope its not Messi's fault that Neymar tan away..
