• Chelsea are believed to be the frontrunners for the 21-year-old's signature.
• Real Madrid are also said to be interested; however, they would prefer to complete the transfer in 2021.
• The forward is valued at £75m but Chelsea will have to pay a £90m buyout clause if they want to add the player to the squad this summer.
