Kluivert, Kokcu, Rabiot: 3 potential summers arrivals Mikel Arteta can get the best out of

The Dutch winger has been hyped up as the best thing since sliced bread, however, he has failed to hit the heights expected of him in Serie A, contributing to just 13 goals in 47 appearances.

The Dutchman is still young though, just 21, and could be lured to Arsenal in a direct swap for Henrikh Mkhitaryan. A young and tactically astute manager for him in Mikel Arteta and a genuine left-wing option for us.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

2. Orkun Kokcu

The 19-year-old is a touted Arsenal target and he shouldn't cost all that much (Transfermarkt has him valued at roughly £10m) after just one senior season at Feyenoord behind him.

Kokcu is an attacking midfielder, the one position the Gunners should be looking to fill with Mesut Ozil on his way out in a year. Kokcu won't likely hit the ground running but he'll definitely have the opportunity to play a lot and has the potential to fill the void we need to plug.

A peripheral figure under both Thomas Tuchel at PSG and Maurizio Sarri at Juventus, the Frenchman can be on the move again this summer - having joined Bianconeri on a free in 2019.

The 'Old Lady' don't need him and are unlikely to haggle over the transfer fee (Tarnsfermarkt values him at £20m), while Arsenal are lacking in central midfield, especially with Ceballos' intent to play for Madrid and question marks over both Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi.

A rigid system, less competition than at Juve and a hard coach like Mikel Arteta to knock some sense into the fiery Frenchman can just be what Adrien Rabiot needs right now.
