Arsenal restore lead over Man City: Updated Premier League standings after Leeds win

Arsenal defeated Leeds United 4-1 on Saturday to restore their eight-point lead over Man City in the Premier League. Gabriel Jesus, Ben White and Granit Xhaka were on target for the Gunners.

The defending champions had beaten Liverpool by the same scoreline in the lunchtime kickoff.

Arsenal who have played one more game than their rivals are currently have 72 points. They travel to Anfield on Sunday.

City, meanwhile, host Southampton on Saturday.
