Andreas Pereira scored within a minute as Saka played a pass straight at him. Arsenal were like a dog that barks but doesn't bite today for more than a half, creating lots of chances but not taking them.
Arteta introduced Fabio Vieira before the hour's mark and the midfielder changed the game. First he won a penalty which Saka converted and then assisted Nketiah with an excellent through ball.
Fulham went down to 10 men with seven minutes to go and the Gunners thought they won the game but then Palhinha equalised after a corner. Conceding to a side when one man up at home just shows how much Arsenal still lack that winning mentality — City would have never allowed that.

The visitors scored early on after Pereira intercepted Saka's poor pass and caught Ramsdale off guard. Arsenal pushed forward looking for an equaliser and created several chances but failed to finish them. In particular, Havertz and Saka wasted chances that were easier to score than to miss.
Odegaard thought he scored a goal after an amazing attacking move but it was disallowed for offside.
The opposition were dangerous on the break as they could have had a second goal on several occasions.
Arsenal are creating a lot of chances and are generally playing well but poor finishing is costing them so far.
